We like to think our brownies are perfect. We think you will too: they’re rich, they’re fudgy, and they’re melt-in-your-mouth irresistible. We bake them at 8000 feet, in Aspen, Colorado, in a mountainside kitchen that’s sunny and smells wonderful. It’s a classic, Rocky Mountain artisan setting – perhaps the ideal place to bake brownies - and our own little cloud nine.
